These are some of the most common questions our clients ask us before renting accommodation.
Once you have indicated the dates and the number of guests, the price you see is the rental price of the property including the tourist tax of the Balearic Islands (and VAT included).
The price indicated during the booking process is the final price. However, if the guests choose any extra service the price may increase. For example, in all our accommodations there is a free cot and a highchair, but if the guests need more than one cot they would have to pay an extra fee for the rental. We have different services that may involve an extra cost such as the rental of beach towels, extra cleaning, etc. The price of the possible extra services is shown during the booking process.
Both the villas and the apartments come equipped with sheets and bath towels. For stays of more than 9 nights, a change of sheets and towels is included in the price. Beach towels are not included. If you need a cot, you will find it in the house, however you must bring your own sheets for the cot.
Only in some of our properties pets are allowed, depending on the type of animal. In any case, you must always inform our reservations team if you want to bring a pet. Failure to inform us that you are coming with a pet may result in cancellation of your reservation.
Once the second payment and online check-in have been made, we will send you all the instructions you need to get to the accommodation.
Most of our properties have a private outdoor space where you can leave your car. In any case, this information appears in the description of each property.
Most of our properties have Wi-Fi, but in some accommodations there is no Wi-Fi available. In the descriptions of each accommodation it is indicated whether it has Wi-Fi or not.
Normally, check-in is after 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time will be at 10:00 a.m., as the property must then be cleaned and prepared for the arrival at 3:00 p.m. for the next client.
