Menorca Habitat is a company based on the island of Menorca, dedicated to vacation rentals since 1992. 1. What is the price of the property?
Prices shown on our website are per property and per night VAT included. The tourist tax of the Balearic Islands is not included in the price
2. Is there an extra cost?
All our houses have a cot and a highchair, however if you need more than one, the extra cot has a cost of € 8,5 / night and the extra high chair € 4 / night.
If the reservation is less than a week, it may have an extra cost.
Complying with the tourism law of the Balearic Islands, all our clients over 16 years old must pay with the second payment of the booking the Tourist Tax of € 2.20 / night.
3. The homes are equipped with sheets and towels?
Villas and the apartments are equipped with sheets and towels. For stays longer than 9 nights, a change of sheets and towels is included in the price. Beach towels are not included.
If you need a cot, you will find it in the house, however you must bring your own sheets for the cot.
4. Pets accepted?
In some of our properties depending on the type of animal is accepted. In any case you should always tell us if you want to come with a pet.
5. How to get the accomodation?
Once the second payment and the check-in online have been made, we will send you all the instructions that you need to get the accommodation.
6. Is it possible to park in apartments or villas?
Most of our properties have a private outdoor space where you can leave your car. In any case, this information appears in the description of the property.
7. Is there WIFI in our accommodation?
Many of our properties have WIFI. In the descriptions of each property it indicates whether or not the property has WIFI.
8. At what time can I enter in the accommodation on arrival?
Check-in are normally at 14: 00hrs.
9. At what time do I have to leave the accommodation the day of departure?
Check-out will be at 10: 00hrs.
