Booking steps
You want to book your accommodation but you have doubts about the procedure, no problem! Here are the key steps to make it easy for you.
1. Find the accommodation
See the website using the menu and you will find our properties in Menorca.
2. Reservation request
Once located the accommodation click on the reservation link and fill out the form that appears to formalize the request.
3. Booking confirmation
At the earliest, we will reply by email, indicating whether the accommodation is available for the dates or offering an alternative.
4. First Payment
To confirmate your booking we need some personal details; name, ID or passport number, address and telephone number to send you de booking document. To confirm your booking you will have to pay the 20% of the total amount. The booking document indicates our bank details. Once received the amount of the first payment, we will send you a receipt. All our clients older than 16 years will have to give us their personal details before the arrival to sign the police register.
5. Second Payment
21 days before arrival must pay the remaining 80% and We will send you the invoice, and all the information to get the house and collect the keys. Due to the tourist law of the Balearic Islans all our guests older than 16 years, will have to pay the ecotax of 1€ per night. This tax will be added to the balance of your booking with the last payment.
