The conditions set out the guidelines and responsibilities of the parties involved during your stay. Here you will find all the detailed points:

Payment

The reservation will not be processed until the reception of your confirmation in writing. To confirm the reservation is required to receive the deposit of 20% of the total amount in the period specified in our Booking Document. The 80% remaining will be pay 21 days before arrival. Once the full payment, we will send all necessary documentation, the invoice, our emergency phone number, instructions for how to get the property and instructions for get the key. You can pay your reservation by bank transfer or credit card (Visa / Mastercard). Our bank details are:

Booking conditions

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS AND GUIDELINES FOR CONDUCT:

  1. The person making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying in the house for the duration of the booking.
  2. The person whose name appears on the Booking Document as the owner is responsible for the correct and decent conduct of all persons staying in the house.
  3. The number of persons staying in the house may not exceed the capacity of each house unless otherwise agreed in advance and the corresponding additional charge has been paid.
  4. Accommodation is only permitted for the persons indicated on the Booking Document.
  5. We do not accept bookings for any of our houses for the purpose of organising parties or events that may disturb the neighbours. Any of these activities must be previously authorised by the property.
  6. Viajes San Luis reserves the right to enter and inspect the property when there is any indication of damage due to misuse or misbehaviour.
  7. On the day of departure please leave the house closed (doors and blinds), air conditioners, electrical appliances and lights off and the rubbish in the nearest rubbish bin.

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT:

  1. On the arrival day the villa will be ready at 14:00pm and on Departure day the check-out will be at 10:00am.
  2.  Please inform us  about your arrival time and your flight number by completing the online check-in before your arrival.
  3. If your arrival at Menorca is before and your departure is after the timing indicated, please let us know, and we will try to organize the cleaning services with your times if we can.
  4. If at the arrival our cleaning team is still at the property, will be, because this property has been found in a bad stage of the last guests. If this happens please, leave your luggage / somewhere in the house and do not disturb the cleaning service while they are finishing.  You can enjoy the terrace/garden area.

CLEANING SERVICE AND LINEN:

  1. At the arrival the villa will be clean, beds will be made and you will find a set of towels per person.
  2. On the property you will find a cot and a highchair, in case you need to use it, you must bring your own sheets. If you need more than one cot or highchair, you must inform us and you will be charged an extra rent.
  3. If your Booking is longer than 9 nights we will change bed linen and towels and an extra cleaning will be made in middle stay.
  4. Please rubbish has to be placed in plastic bin liners and deposited in the containers which are situated near to the properties.

GARDEN AND POOL:

  1. Garden and pool maintenance are contracted by Viajes San Luis SL, so the person in charge will come a few times a week.

TOURIST TAX AND POLICE REGISTER:

  1. Due to the tourist law of the Balearic islands, all our guests older than 16 years will have to pay the Tourist Tax of 2,20€, VAT included per night and guest. The tax has to be paid with the second payment.
  2.   All guests on the reservation will need to complete online check-in prior to arrival in order to be able to submit data to the police register.

ANIMALS/PETS:

  1. Dogs are welcome in some of our properties under request at the time of confirming your Booking. We might ask you for a supplementary security deposit for your pet.

ALTERATIONS:

  1. Even though it´s not common having to change your reservation, this could happen:  something has broken down from the property, works building nearby, or selling the property for necessity. If this happens Viajes San Luis will offer you an accommodation with the same characteristics of the one booked or return the money of the nights you haven´t been in.

CANCELLATIONS:

  1. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by the lead passenger to our office.
  2. If Booking is cancelled more than 2 months before the arrival date, 10% of the total amount of the booking will be charged. If Booking is cancelled between 3 weeks and 2 months before the arrival date, 20% of the total amount of the booking will be charged. If the booking is cancelled less than 3 weeks before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount of the booking will be charged. In case of no-show, the guest will lose 100% of the total amount.
  3. We can offer you several budgets of cancellations insurances. Cancellation Insurance has to be contracted within a maximum period of one week after the reservation is made. We suggest you to ask us for an estimate without any obligation.
  4. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
